Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

* Student registration is available for those studying full time and who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible you will need to provide a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status to email@example.com.

Tickets to the conference dinner are additional to the registration fees.
Pre and post conference workshops are additional to the registration fees.
Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees. A limited number of rooms have been reserved on behalf of conference delegates at Rydges South Bank, Mantra South Bank, and Swiss-Belhotel until Friday, 22 September 2017. To secure the conference accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process.
When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email including a tax invoice. If you do not receive this confirmation email please contact the conference secretariat on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment of registration fees
All payments must be in Australian dollars. Payment may be made by:
Credit card – MasterCard or Visa. Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – banking details will be advised on your tax invoice. Please forward remittance advice to: email@example.com.

Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Monday, 25 September 2017 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of A$110. Refunds for cancellations received after Monday, 25 September 2017 will be at the discretion of the conference committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the Conference Secretariat is advised in writing.
